What I noticed when leading those teams is that, despite being more of an introvert, I was good in the room, workshops, groups of any size or mix. One-on-ones drained me. Still do.
That's the actual reason I do what I do now. I design and facilitate live sessions that work at scale, remotely, without needing a room full of extroverts. As a Miro Creator, I demoed one of my AI-powered templates at Miro Canvas 2026 in London.
